Studio Units: Join us in honoring our nation’s heroes by sponsoring one of our Studio Units at Patriot Heights. From the “Smith Family” Studios to the “Johnson Executive” Studios, your contribution will provide essential housing while commemorating your family name or honoring a loved one’s service.

1-Bedroom and 2-Bedroom Units: Our spacious 1-Bedroom and 2-Bedroom Units offer the perfect opportunity to leave a lasting mark. Whether it’s the “Miller Family Haven Residences” or the “Smith One-Bed Bliss Homes”, your generosity will ensure that veterans and their families have a comfortable and welcoming place to call home.

Elevator Landings and Elevators: Every journey begins with a lift, and at Patriot Heights, you can be a part of that journey by sponsoring our elevator landings and elevators. From the “Anderson Ascend Patriot Landings” to the “Jackson Patriot Lifts”, your support will help residents move effortlessly through our building.

Phase 1: Pre-Development and Planning

  1. Acquire Land:

    • Identify and secure a suitable location for Patriot Heights that meets the needs of the community and adheres to zoning regulations.
    • Conduct feasibility studies and environmental assessments to ensure the site is suitable for development.
  2. Secure Funding:

    • Develop a comprehensive funding strategy, including securing grants, loans, and private donations.
    • Establish partnerships with government agencies, nonprofits, and private organizations to support funding efforts.
  3. Design and Planning:

    • Engage architects, engineers, and design professionals to create plans for the facility that meet the needs of veterans and their families.
    • Develop a comprehensive site plan, including building layouts, amenities, and green spaces.
    • Seek input from stakeholders, including veterans, community members, and local officials, to ensure the facility meets the needs of the community.
  4. Regulatory Approvals:

    • Obtain necessary permits and regulatory approvals from local, state, and federal authorities.
    • Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental requirements.

PHASE 3: Facilitate Programs
