Introduction: Houses For Warriors is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping homeless veterans transition back into independent life. When you purchase from the Warrior’s Closet, you are not just buying apparel; you are making a meaningful contribution to our mission. We utilize third-party services, such as Printify, to ensure the highest quality manufacturing and delivery of our products.

Donation Disclosure: Each purchase from the Warrior’s Closet is split into two components: 50% of your purchase price is considered a donation to Houses For Warriors, directly funding our programs and services for veterans. The remaining 50% covers the costs associated with manufacturing, printing, and delivering your product.

Refunds and Returns Policy:

Damaged or Flawed Products: In the event that you receive a product that is damaged or flawed due to a manufacturing error, we will gladly offer a refund or a free replacement, including shipping costs. To initiate a refund or replacement, please contact our Merchant Support within 30 days (for domestic orders) or 45 days (for international orders) of receiving the damaged product. Please provide photo proof of the damage. Returning the damaged item is not required.

Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for items that arrive in good condition, are the correct size, and do not have production errors. Please carefully review your order details and select the correct size before completing your purchase.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address Information: If you provide incorrect or incomplete address information, please contact us immediately to correct it. This helps prevent misunderstandings and minimizes shipping errors. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect address information will be the responsibility of the customer.

Third-Party Processing: We partner with third-party services like Printify to manage the manufacturing and shipping of our products, ensuring high-quality standards. All orders are shipped using standard shipping options with flat rates. Tracking information will be provided so you can monitor your shipment.

Printify Specific Policies: Printify and Refunds: If a product arrives damaged or flawed due to a manufacturing error, Printify offers a refund (or free replacement, including shipping) of the damaged item. Contact Merchant Support within 30 days (domestic orders) or 45 days (international orders) of the damaged product delivery. There is no need to send the product back to us at Printify.

Printify and Returns: As mentioned, we don’t require sending back faulty or damaged items. If one of these unfortunate issues does pop up, all we need is photo proof. Our Merchant Support team will assist with any questions, comments, feedback, or concerns.

Printify and Shipping: All sales channels have a standard shipping option. This flat rate is the most common method. Check for exact shipping rates and additional details, like delivery and processing times for each Print Provider. Upgraded shipping options largely depend on the Print Provider. Here’s a list of the Print Providers that offer priority shipping. We do our best to get all the tracking information to our merchants as quickly as possible. This information can be forwarded to customers to keep track of shipping times. Specifying every Print Provider you use (and their respective addresses) can be difficult. Instead, it’s possible to provide Printify’s address – 108 West 13th Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19801.

Printify and Buyer’s Remorse: If the order arrives at a buyer’s specified address in a reasonable time, in good condition, in the correct size, and has no production errors, we don’t see a reason to accept returns and exchanges.
